I love this taco place and probably order here once a week because I crave the tacos. The barbacoa and steak tacos are my favorite, but the chicken is also very good. Their guacamole is also really delicious, as well as the red and green sauce that comes with the tacos. They're super affordable too and in my opinion well worth every penny. Give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The food was good, wish the steak had more flavor and less fatty sides. Overall worth the price per quantity :)

Maybe I have already reviewed ... but I love this place, it's food, and it's convenience. As close to Baja or So Cal Mexican as I have experienced in Tampa. Delicious & inexpensive - service is quick - the ambiance feels like a street vendor in Baja at 1a so it may not be for everyone, but I am happy to sit in my air conditioned car or at picnic tables when it's not 1000%. Thanks Brent for turning me on to it - best turn on you had to offer and grateful for it.

If you're looking for really good cheap tacos and/or burritos, Pinch A Taco might be your place. I decided to come check out this food truck because I was in the mood for tacos. It's at a gas station which was a little hard to navigate since there wasn't a lot of parking otherwise and I didn't want to park at a pump. I found a spot that I assumed was ok and walked up to the truck. Pinch A Taco was so decently priced! I was surprised and definitely felt like I got the bang for the buck. No one else was there so I ordered quickly at the window. I decided to get a steak burrito all the way and two al pastor tacos (for $2 each!!) on corn tortillas the Mexican way, as they described, which was strictly onions and cilantro. I decided to take it to go because it's hot and the location wasn't the best to stay and eat at. This is where I caution against getting tacos or burritos all the way. By the time I got home my burrito was soggy and the tortilla was falling apart as I was eating it. The burrito was steak, lettuce, ferries beans, avocado, cheese, and sour cream. It was densely filled with iceberg lettuce which I will advise on asking for easy lettuce. The tacos were good and I'm glad I ordered those without the sour cream so they were not soggy. Overall this place was delicious and I will definitely try it again!

OMG. Honestly, those were the first words out of my mouth immediately after biting into my burrito! OMG OMG OMG I had the preconceived notion that this would be no more than a 4 star experience because of the following: No ground beef is used in their entrees, the sour cream (if you want it) goes inside the burrito (which could lead to soggy leftovers), the food is from a food truck, & I am an otherwise loyal fan of TacoSon. Oh, how I was mistaken! I've never before bit into food & called out to the Almighty himself! Seriously, this was the BEST burrito I've ever tasted, & I normally detest steak in my burritos, tacos, etc. The steak was tender & cut into very small pieces. The wrap itself far outshined any I've ever eaten; it had lots of flavor & it wasn't chewy. I can't explain it other than to say it was quite different & excellent. I didn't even add mild sauce (or any other sauce) because the burrito was perfect just the way it was served. (See pic.) Is there a downside to Pinch A Taco? It's not easy to get to in rush hour traffic on Nebraska Ave if you're coming from the opposite direction, I had to take back roads to successfully reach it-- where I encountered not one, but two "working girls," & eating outside on a picnic table in the Chevron gas station's parking lot won't really impress a date. But, if you love GREAT Mexican food, love supporting a local family owned business, & want a quick meal to go, this is where it's at! They accept cash & all major credit/debit cards. The vegan jalapeño chili was last night. Tonight it's the real deal-- steak burrito night! So incredibly yummy:) 5 stars for Pinch A Taco!

Not going to get better in the bay. I am speaking strictly tacos and have not sampled their burritos or other offerings. This group not only has great tacos but appear better organized than the last group who ran this truck. They are well stocked with drinks, have a more expansive menu, and were open despite rain/inclement weather. Anyone who ate at the last taco truck knows this is a marked improvement. The prices are also very good considering we got 8 tacos and two drinks for about $20. Three tacos are probably enough and they had a good special going for $7 that we bypassed also. Looks like a great lunch option and the wait was about 5 minutes total. Hope people don't penalize them for the lackluster management of the prior ownership and gets this group rolling. Tampa needs authentic Mexican good badly.
